Autumnal Hapa Zome - Childrens workshop

6.00

Hapa Zome is an ancient Japanese practice of hammering leaves and flowers onto paper or fabric, thus transferring the plants coloured pigments onto the surface.

In this workshop we will be arranging coloured leaves onto fabric, and using a rounded beach pebble we will gently 'bash' the designs through. Once we have our fabric we will then create a pennant style wall hanging, perfect for seasonal decoration in the home.

Ages 3+ with adult supervision required. All materials provided. Approx 1 hour.

Saturday 14th October, 10am. The Cabin, Chapelton.
